Kingspan Insulation Tape
The Kingspan tape can be used in the insulation and air-conditioning industries, and is a combination of high-strength and flexibility. Kingspan Insulation tape is a reinforced aluminum foil tape that has fire retardant properties and provides a vapour seal join in other aluminum faced insulation products.
Kingspan Tape Helpful Hints
- When taping Kingspan Air-Cell insulation materials, as plastic squeegee or blade must be used to apply appropriate pressure to the foil tape.
- Apply pressure to the tape once it is rolled out to achieve maximum adhesion, following the surface contours of the Kingspan Air-Cell Insulation.
- Surface must be free of dust and other contaminates prior to application.
Kingspan Tape Specifications
The Kingspan tape comes in a silver or white colour, and avilable in three withs: 72mm, 48mm and 96mm. Each roll of tape is 50 metres long.
