Prefer to collect the order yourself? Warehouse pickup is free, whether it's directly from one of our warehouses or from one of our partner suppliers.

When will it arrive?
Pick it up yourself, always free
Warehouse pickup is always free. In Victoria you can collect your order from our Epping warehouse and in New South Wales you can collect it from Ingleburn. In Queensland, South Australia and the ACT the pickup location depends on which product you have ordered; we will confirm the pickup address after you order.

Pickup date
Choose your preferred pickup date that at checkout. We will let you know as soon as your order is ready for collection.
Returns
Returns must be made within 30 days of purchase and carry a minimum 15% restocking fee. Contact us if you have questions.
