Your account manager works from our Epping or Ingleburn warehouse. They price your jobs, follow up your deliveries and know the range inside out.

Larger projects and regular orders

If you buy in volume, for one large project or for regular orders through the year, we can price the work itself instead of applying your standard trade discount. Send us the plans, a schedule or a list of what you use, and we will come back with a price and lead times.

Before you sign up

Do I need an ABN?

Yes. Trade accounts are for businesses, so we ask for your ABN and check that it is valid before the account opens. You can find it on your invoices or look it up at abr.business.gov.au.

Is there an approval process?

No. If your ABN is valid, the account opens as soon as you submit the form. Sign in and your trade prices are there.

Do I need a discount code?

No. The discount is linked to your account and applies automatically whenever you are signed in. When you are signed out, you see the standard prices.

Can I combine it with a promotion?

No. Only one discount applies per order. If a promotional code gives a bigger discount on the products you are buying, you can use that code instead of your trade discount for that order.

Can I see prices excluding GST?

Yes. Use the GST switch at the top of any page. The cart and checkout always show the total including GST, because that is the amount charged.

Can I pay on account?

Yes, once we have agreed payment terms with you. Call us on 1300 729 639 to set this up. After that, Pay on account appears as a payment option at checkout.

How much is my discount?

It depends on the brand: 15% on accessories, 12% on Knauf Earthwool, 10% on most other brands, and 5% on Pro Clima, Pink Batts and Bradford. It applies automatically to every order, with no minimum spend.

For larger volumes, such as one big project or regular orders, we can quote the job instead. Tell us what you have coming up and we will work it out.
